TARDY'S + NO SHOW'S
Brooklyn's Curl Suite has a 15 minute tardy policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please text ahead of time to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.
In which case a cancellation fee will apply and you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service(s) with your card on file. No Call / No Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled with the card on file along with losing eligibility to remain a client.
CANCELLATIONS + SERVICE CHANGES
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 business hours' notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment. If you cancel or change your service(s) within 24 business hours’ of your scheduled appointment you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
Example: A 9am Tuesday appointment needs to be cancelled at the latest by the previous Saturday at 9am.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
When booking an appointment you will be required to enter a card to have on file. You will NOT be charged before your scheduled appointment.
Brooklyn’s Curl Suite accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Clients are responsible for knowing the price of services rendered, which are listed on the Services page.
I respectfully ask that all of my clients refrain from inappropriate behavior inside of my suite. This is an all-inclusive professional space where unkind and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, including but not limited to discriminatory language, any physical altercation, or conversations centered around tearing down another person. Clients are entitled to one warning before losing their client status, and I reserve the right to immediately fire any client who exhibits behavior that compromises my safety.
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of my clients, no additional guests or animals are permitted in the salon without prior authorization. Please text (207)303-6634 to inquire. Care takers and service animals are exempt and always allowed in my space
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
For the safety of myself, my family, and all of my clients. I ask that if you have been sick with anything in the last 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment, you kindly let me know so I can reschedule you. A cancellation fee will NOT apply.
For the health and safety of all of my clients, I follow Maine CDC guidelines. Please check HERE for the most up to date policy.
Exchanges are available in-person only. Existing clients who are unsatisfied with a product’s performance can exchange them at their next appointment for no cost. Online returns and exchanges are not possible at this time except in the case of products damaged in transit, which will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Services rendered are not eligible for refund. If a client is unsatisfied with the results of their service, they are welcome to reach out within seven business days of their appointment to address concerns at reduced rates determined at my discretion.
Exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis for inclement weather. This is Maine, after all! Please feel free to text or email me if you do not feel that it is safe to travel.
