The Pre-Visit
Your journey with me begins before you even step foot into the salon. Once you’ve decided to work with me, you’ll start by creating a Vagaro profile to easily book your New Guest appointment and all future appointments online.

Once your appointment is scheduled, I’ll send you a text a few days before your appointment with preparation tips to help you get the most out of our time together. On the day before your appointment, you’ll also receive a text message with detailed parking information and directions for entering the salon. No guessing, no stress — just a warm, welcoming experience from start to finish.


In the Chair
From the moment you sit in my chair, my goal is to make you feel heard, understood, and cared for. I begin with a personalized consultation, asking thoughtful questions to uncover your current hair routine, goals, lifestyle, preferences, desired finishes, and time constraints. This conversation allows me to design a hair care routine that fits seamlessly into your life while achieving your unique curly hair goals.

During your service, I take the time to empower you through education. I’ll teach you how to care for your curls in a way that feels effortless and achievable. Curly hair isn’t hard; it’s just that many of us were never taught how to care for it. Together, we’ll explore methods to achieve the results you’re after without dedicating an entire day to your hair routine. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a customized plan designed to minimize the time you spend worrying about your curls, so you can focus on doing what you love while enjoying gorgeous, healthy hair.
Post-Visit Care
Your salon experience doesn’t end when you leave—I’m here to support you every step of the way. After each appointment, you’ll receive digital instructions to help you recreate your look at home, plus an open line of communication via text, email, or DM for any questions or troubleshooting. I’ll also send booking reminders, so scheduling is effortless.
